Pierre Joseph’s production is polymorphous. Since 1980 he has been caarying out his pragmatic philosophical investigations, interogating games and learning as knowldge experiments, and inventing new procedures that since Personnages à réactiver in 1989 have been continually generating meaning and exerting a subtle influence on the international art scene.
